Complete coordinates of the staff in charge of our sections for 2024

Please find in attached file a form that should be filled in by a person responsible for a defined Belgian aeromodelling club intending to hold a competition. Fill-in this form and send it to Mr Van De Plas (bcaa.airfields@mobilit.fgov.be) at the DGTA/DGLv not later than 8 days before the intended date of your meeting. Alas, sending the document well in advance is not appropriate as the decision to allocate extra airspace must take in account all other interested parties.
