Section meetings preparing the 2026 competition:

Under the leadership of the 2025 sport section coordinators, each section shall discuss, decide and record in its meeting report :

- the 2026 international events for which a team of that section will be selected to defend the Belgian national colors ;

- description and definition of the national selection programs (incl. selection criteria) for participating in the selected 2026 international events ;

- proposed 2026 section coordinators and sports directors ;

- its general recommendations to the Board of Administrators, in particular regarding the sponsoring of specific sports teams ;

- any other points deemed relevant by that section or, as the case may be, at least one fifth of its members.
